Seven of Wands
"A figure defends its high ground against six wands attacking from below: the courage to hold what is yours."
Upright meaning
The Seven of Wands is the defense of what you conquered. From a higher position, someone withstands the attacks of those who want their place. It speaks of courage, of perseverance, of standing firm and holding what you believe is right even against opposition. You have the advantage of the high ground: defend it with conviction.
Reversed meaning
Reversed, the strength falters. Exhaustion from constant defending, the temptation to give ground, or the feeling of being overwhelmed by the pressure. It is worth choosing what is still worth defending.
In love
Defending the bond from outside pressure, or standing up for what you need. Hold your place firmly.
In work and money
Competition or criticism that forces you to defend your position. Keep your conviction: you are on high ground.
The card's advice
Defend what is yours from above: you have the advantage of the ground, do not lose it by hesitating.
