This Privacy Policy explains how Oraclyst handles information related to the website and progressive web app.
The service is designed to work without user accounts. Some tools still need data you enter, such as questions, names, or birth dates, to generate readings and calculations.

This policy applies to all Oraclyst pages, landing pages, interactive tools, public APIs, and PWA experiences.
Information we process
Information you provide: tarot questions, name, birth date, birth date and time, reference city, manually entered coordinates, and other fields needed for a specific tool.
Technical data: approximate IP address received by the server or hosting provider, language, browser, device, requested pages, timestamps, errors, and signals needed for security, rate limits, and diagnostics.
Preferences: the app may store a language cookie named NEXT_LOCALE for 30 days. The PWA may also store technical files in your browser so it can work offline.
Advertising: if Google AdSense or another ad network is enabled, those providers may use cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies under their own policies.
How we use information
We use information to generate the readings, calculations, cards, biorhythms, numerology, runes, I Ching, zodiac, and other features you request.
We also use it to maintain security, prevent abuse, apply rate limits, remember language, improve stability, fix errors, and display advertising when configured.
We do not sell user accounts or personal profiles. We do not use submitted data to make legal, medical, financial, employment, or credit decisions about you.
AI, providers, and cache
Some readings may be refined by an AI provider configured on the server. In that case, your question and the structured result may be sent to that provider to generate the final text.
To speed up responses and reduce costs, the app may cache algorithmic results for up to 7 days and AI-refined text for up to 30 days. This cache may include generated text based on the data you entered.
Do not submit sensitive, secret, or third-party information unless you are authorized to do so.
Legal bases and retention
Where applicable, we process data based on your request to provide the service, your consent, our legitimate interest in security and technical improvement, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not create permanent accounts. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, operate caches, review security, resolve errors, or comply with applicable obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid optional fields, clear cookies in your browser, use tools that work without AI when available, and stop using the service at any time.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent by writing to legal@spiritualtools.app. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity.
Transfers and security
The service may operate with hosting, AI, advertising, technical analytics, or infrastructure providers located in other countries. We take reasonable measures to protect information during those operations.
No system is fully failproof. If we identify a relevant incident, we will act according to applicable law.
Children
The service is not directed to children or to anyone under the applicable minimum digital consent age. If you are under that age, use the app only with authorization and supervision from a responsible adult.
